Upgrade Account / Making Payments using Credit Card - How to?

Note: We accept all major Credit Cards. All pricing and costs are in US dollars. We offer a 15% discount for Annual Pre-Payments (Included in the fee).

How do I upgrade my Account?

All Account Information and Upgrade options are available under My Account. To Upgrade the Account:

  • Go To:
    • Login »  Surveys »  My Account (Top Right Corner)
  • Click on the UPGRADE ACCOUNT

  • Here Select the license level and click on Upgrade.
  • Enter the Credit Card Details.
  • Select the Check Box for Human Verification.
  • Click on the Confirm button to upgrade the account.

My Credit card is not being accepted.

  • When you enter the Credit Card number make sure that you do not enter hyphens or spaces.
  • Make Sure the Credit Card is valid and the Expiry date is correct.
  • For Non US and Canadian Credit Cards please leave the Zip / Postal Code field blank.

How can I get an Invoice?

Every time your credit card is charged, you should receive a Billing Confirmation email at the account email address. An Invoice is also created and instantly available in your account. To know more click on the Invoices/Receipts link below.
