Account verification using two-factor authentication (2-step verification)

SurveyAnalytics uses two-factor authentication to increase the security of your account. With two-factor authentication you will need both your password and a verification code sent to your mobile device. By requiring both of these 'factors' it is impossible for a hacker to access your account using only a stolen password.

• Step 1. Log into your SurveyAnalytics account using your email address and password.
• Step 2. You will be asked to add/update your phone number where you wish to receive your verification code.

• Step 3. You will now receive a verification code on your registered mobile number. Enter this verification code to login to your account.

No. Once a device is registered with SurveyAnalytics you will not be required to enter a verification code every time you login.

We use cookies to register or identify a verified device. If you clear your browser cookies you will have to repeat the account verification process the next time you log in.

No. Device registrations never expire. However, you are limited to two devices at a time to access QuestionPro. If you then authenticate from a third device, you will be able to use that device going forward, and your earliest registered device will not long be able to access QP.

No, you will never be locked out of your QuestionPro account as long as you are able to receive verification codes via SMS.

Yes, you will need to verify your account access via an SMS sent to your mobile phone. If you are having trouble receiving an SMS, have lost your phone, or need to use QuestionPro without a mobile phone, our account team is online 24/7 to make sure you can still access your account. No, for the security of your account, it is required that you complete the two-factor authentication process.

If your device is already registered with QuestionPro you will not be required to receive an SMS to access your account, even if you are in a different country or location. If you need to use a new device to login to QuestionPro internationally and cannot receive an SMS, please contact our support team.
